FDS Projects is an engineering service specialising in reverse engineering, CAD design and the development of industrial components. We work from physical parts, drawings, measurements, 3D meshes or functional requirements to create CAD models and technical documentation ready for validation, quotation and manufacture.

We bring over 10 years of professional experience in the design and validation of components for heavy machinery. We assess every part in terms of its function, assembly, manufacturing process, inspection and service conditions. When a project includes prototyping or manufacture, we coordinate the most suitable material, process and manufacturing partner, providing technical oversight through to delivery.
