Engineering-led manufacturing
We manage the manufacture of parts and assemblies from fully defined CAD models and technical drawings. For each project, we select the most suitable material, process and manufacturing partner, coordinating production and providing technical oversight through to delivery.
If you are starting from a physical part, incomplete documentation or a functional requirement, we can first develop the CAD model and drawings required for quotation and manufacture.
Ideal for: obsolete or unavailable replacement parts, redesigns, new components, low-volume production and build-to-print manufacturing.

From redesign to finished components
We redesigned the assembly to improve reliability, reduce mass and define the tolerances required for manufacture. We created the CAD model and technical documentation, then coordinated production through to delivery of the finished components.
